What is our ideal weight?

"I want to lose weight". "I need to lose weight". Ask yourself, what is it that you really want to lose? Weight or Inches? Losing weight is easy. Losing Inches(Fats) is the real challenge! Have you ever lost 3-5 kg but you still look the same? If yes, probably you're just losing some water or muscles and Not losing fats. Fats, they are usually the culprit that makes our body look terrible. And Muscles (we are not talking about those bulky giants) really do make us look good! So instead of checking your weight every morning, check yourself out in the mirror. Ask yourself if your posture if good, if your arms are toned and if your tummy if firm or no. Doesn't mean that you're light, you are healthy. And doesn't mean that if you're heavy, you are unhealthy. We would rather you doing what's legitimate and look really good than finding unsustainable ways(48 hours without food/drink or juice diet etc.) and feel terrible trying to bring down that weight on the scale. Look Good, Feel Good, Live Healthy. That's about it!
